Refund Policy

Once a student/person places an order with us, it is assumed that he/she has read all the terms & conditions including the refund policy. An Assignment shall have a deadline of at least 24 hours so our expert can work on it with his/her full efforts.




1. We shall hire the best in the industry expert for your assignment help and make sure that you should get the best grades possible.

2. In case students receive fewer grades in the assignments as not expected, revisions can be done multiple times free of cost but if there had been a mistake from the expert. No refund will be processed for the same case. Assignment solution once delivered will be deemed as a product sold.

3. We are fully committed to providing refunds if the student fails any of the assignments. However, that should happen only if the expert has done any mistake or did not fulfill the given requirements or quality or plagiarism concerns. 

4. Quiz or time-bound exams does not qualify for the refund in any of the cases.

8. Once a student submits an order to get online assignment help, it can not be canceled and money can not be refunded. However, Students can submit a new assignment for the same price.

9. Once paid for any particular order, service shall be avail for the same assignment only. In case of withdrawal of any assignment due to any other reason, money will not be refunded or adjusted. As experts are paid in advance.

10. Student is eligible for re-work as soon as he pays for his/her assignment that too till the time they are satisfied with the expert's work however In case of student ask for any additional work in the form of feedback, he/she will have to pay accordingly.

Refunds once generated will go to the source of payment. It will take a minimum 5-7 business working days to reflect a refund in your bank account or source of payment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your completed assignment is received along with the valid proofs comprising Professor feedback along with Grades, we will send you an email to notify you that we have confirmed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
